Stuart managed his own choice of music to suit our mixed group of personalities and to suit the tempo of our event as it changed and progressed.

Dear Stuart (its a long one !)

I wanted to thank you so much for playing so wonderfully on Monday. You were, quite simply, world class - and I am not prone to exaggeration! Everyone there - particularly the musicians - thought the music was perfect and they very much enjoyed your arrangements.

The young ones were especially impressed. Thank you for arriving early and being so organised about everything - a man after my own heart in that regard (!) - and it was good to know that you were really preparing well and doing your very best to make sure the event would be the success that it was.

It was so much easier for me to know everything was on track and you were a real joy to deal with. We even got the timings exactly right as the young ones disappeared spot on 4pm.

I felt carried along on a cloud of competence and it meant I simply needed to enjoy the music rather than worried about how it was going or the quality of the playing. So, well done you; top marks all round! We will come and see you play in the North East when we are on our travels.

We will recommend you to friends as far as we can, and will definitely be in touch for later parties and events in our household.
